Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item was shipped to an address in the U.K (we are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time). 

• Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all Grace Collective tags (if applicable), packaging included.

• The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• The item arrived damaged or defective within the 14-day return period.

• The return is approved and using the prepaid Grace Collective label within 14 days from the delivery date.

• The item is not marked as final sale. 

We are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.

Returns Fee:

Customers are responsible for returns fees.
